THE GUEST HOUSE

Vacation Rental & Event Venue

Olsen Global developed and managed the project of taking a historic building built in 1858, and transforming it into a modern day vacation rental and event venue. Care was taken to honor and celebrate the historic roots of the property. Olsen Global was able to collaborate with the City of Excelsior on the project, which today is a hot spot in town both as a vacation rental and event venue.
